Tunisia-[video] Mustafa Ben Ahmed: Ennahdha wants to set up a shadow government

Tahya Tounes parliamentary bloc leader Mustafa Ben Ahmed affirmed that after having failed to push through the cabinet reshuffle, Ennahdha is attempting to impose its power in another way, particularly by setting up a shadow government, through the appointment of consultants to the rank of ministers, in particular Anouar Maarouf.

Reflecting on aid and donations from foreign countries, the deputy told Tunisie Numérique that such gestures are common in crises and that Tunisia had already received aid from other nations in the past, in 1969 and 1980.

It is the real essence of the concept of solidarity between peoples and nations, he added. He further said that the vaccine problem must be solved as soon as possible, recalling that the lack of doses is not the only challenge we are facing since the shortage of healthcare staff is also a major obstacle.
