Tunisia – Video: Sfax: Arrest of children accused of setting fire to tires

Clashes ignited again this night in Sfax, where waste cans and burning tires began to appear here and there, in an effort to disperse police efforts.
Tunisie Numérique correspondent accompanied the police patrols and witnessed the operating method of these young rioters, who set fire to tires and put up barricades, before escaping when the police arrived.
In the meantime, they took the time to prepare an arsenal of stones and Molotov cocktails to attack the law enforcement officers, disperse their attention and efforts, which creates a safe vacuum for pillage.
During these rounds, the police were able to capture children aged 12 to 14, setting the tires on fire.
