According to Al Mostakba bloc MP Issam Bargougui, the President of the Republic didn’t have surpassed his jurisdiction, in connection with the formation of the New government.
Bargougui assured that the designated Head of Government “works in complete independence and far from any external pressure”.
Although the Al Mostakbal bloc would have preferred a government with a broad political belt, its deputies will work to ensure that the relationship between the new government and parliament is based on cooperation, he added.
The MP declined to rule on the question of the confidence vote, saying the decision could not be taken until the new government was announced.
