Tunisia- [Video]Mnihla: Cemetery and neighboring districts after the

The torrential rains that befell across Tunisia exposed weak infrastructure which is virtually non-existent in term of maintenance and obvious negligence on the part of the Ministry of Equipment and local communities.

The residents have become more common with these unexpected sceneries that have become commonplace over the years. The floods, but also the waste brought back by the rivers are part of the scenery.

This is the case, for example, with this cemetery, on the borders of Ettadhamen-Mnihla, surrounded by the most deprived districts of the capital (106, 105, Cité Errafaha and Douar Hicher). A place where calm and peace should reign, but which has turned into a drop-off point for wastes of all sorts.
