Law enforcement intervened today to protect and evacuate MP Mohamed Goumani from protestors who had come to “fire” MPs who were about to return to work “after the close of the parliamentary recess.”
Goumani cautioned against any possible attack on his physical integrity, blaming the violence that the protesters could show on the President of the Republic Kais Saied.
