Tunisia-[Video]Zarzis: Nearly 200 refugees in a sit-in in front of the UNHCR demanding their immediate evacuation

About 200 refugees started a sit-in in front of the headquarters of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Zarzis in a demonstration against their accommodation in Tunisia. They likewise demanded their immediate evacuation out of the country.

The protesters chanted slogans calling for their immediate evacuation, considering that they have rights and that they desire to regularize their situations.

They confirmed that their lives are in peril in Tunisia calling on the authorities to find a solution to their problem as soon as possible. Among the sit-inners are women and children, according to Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent.
