Tunisia-Waiver of parliamentary immunity: Mabrouk Korchid asks for an explanation on the topic

National bloc MP and assessor in charge of relationships with the judicial power and the constitutional bodies today forwarded two letters to the Minister of Justice and the Secretary-General of the Parliament to request explanation on the MPs affected by the lifting of immunity to decide on this subject.

According to the post on his official page, Korchid requested the record of names of MPs affected by the waiver of immunity as well as the subject of the request as well as the precise number of representatives who are the subject of this case to be discussed at the next parliament bureau meeting.
