Tunisia-Walid Hajjem: Kais Saied is open to dialogue

In a radio interview, the diplomatic attaché of the Presidency of the Republic Walid Hajjem talked about the position of president of the republic  Kais Saied regarding the initiative of the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT).

Mr Hajjem related that Kais Saied was open to the dialogue given a new approach was taken. ”The President of the Republic was constantly faithful to his principles. He was in favour of holding the national dialogue in the attendance of all the parties with the intention of defending the true interests of the country far from tensions and political conflicts. Saied was open to a dialogue, the initial goal of which was to put in place a collection of long-term solutions to surmount the political, socio-economic and health crisis, ”he said.
