Tunisia – What does Abdellatif Mekki’s impromptu return to centre stage indicate?

A few days ago, even a few hours,  Ennahdha member and former Minister of Health Abdellatif Mekki was forgotten and abruptly without notice, we discover him, overnight, moved to the head of the polls like the official or the political figure who incites the most confidence in Tunisians.
He even has succeeded in the achievement of debunking the President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, from this ranking.
Some observers perceived it as a premonitory indication of a likely appointment of Mekki to Kasbah. But, most possibly, the start of capital of trust, and given that Abdellatif Mekki won this capital when he was Minister of Health and managed the start of the covid health crisis, this sudden return to the front of the stage could be correlated to a likely return of Mekki to Bab Saâdoun, which shouldn’t be surprising!
Particularly since in everyone’s opinion, the current Minister of Health has no reason to lengthen his uncertain assignment at the head of the ministry, especially with his catastrophic handling of the pandemic.
