Tunisia-Workers’ Party files challenges against Presidential and Legislative results

The Workers’ Party officially challenged the 2019 Presidential and Legislative results, summoning the personal statements made by ISIE members Adel Brinsi and Nabil Azizi which unveiled “alarming truths proving the grave suspicions on the personal integrity of the results.”

According to the Party, the allegations against the ISIE‘s President include critical reports of financial and administrative fraud and “conspiracy” with the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES), considering its personal intervention in the administration of the electoral operation.
The party called for the beginning of an urgent inquiry to,”reveal the truth to Tunisians and take judicial action against the ISIE President and all those who will be revealed by the investigation.
