Prime minister Youssef Chahed fight against corruption unlocked the gates of Hell from lobbies and Mafias, said Political Affairs advisor Lazhar Akremi.
Mafias and influential lobbies succeeded to dominate many of the state and media mechanisms expressed Akremi on Radio Shems FM, adding that TV channels have concentrated on smearing Chahed but the coordinated attack did not have the desired effect on public sentiment.
Moreover, He asserted that a war with no mercy was launched form Carthage palace against Chahed, indicating precisely that some TV owners opened pandora box on the prime minister.
Chahed had the accurate determination to fight corruption but needed political support. The local government was not his property and he could not touch ministers backed by deputies, he added.
“Chahed endured political injustice,” remarked Akremi.
