Spokesperson for the Sousse 1 court of first instance and first deputy of the public prosecutor Jabeur Ghenimi responded to the case of the youth concert in Sousse.
Ghenimi told a private radio that 5 people including the artist Nordo were brought before the correctional chamber following the decision of the public prosecutor, for non-compliance with restrictive measures, health protocol, laws, state of emergency and sanitary confinement.
While Nordo, the hotel representative and his deputy were freed, a warrant of committal was issued against the restaurant operator. Ghenimi further indicated that the manager is wanted.
