Tunisia-Zied Hechmi: I’m still a member of the parliament

In a statement given to an Arab channel, frozen Al Karama MP Zied Hechmi announced he was still “a parliament  MP.”
“It was the Tunisian people who elected me and solely the people could remove me through new elections,” he added.
I am not affected by the decisions taken by the President of the Republic on July 25, he said, believing that the President of the Republic is not legally competent to halt the work of the Parliament.
