The Democratic bloc will not vote for Prime minster designate Habib Jemli’s government, announced People’s Movement secretary-general Zouhaier Maghzaoui.
The bloc, including 41 deputies from the People’s Movement, the Democratic Current and independents, has chosen not to grant its confidence to the proposed government.
“What has been reported as a qualified government is fundamentally the government of Ennahdha movement and Heart of Tunisia party,” he said in a declaration to the TAP Agency.
He pointed out that the Islamic movement desires a government of partisan quotas, devoid of any political vision or programme
