Remarking on the prevailing political blockage resulting from the cabinet reshuffle and the swearing-in of new ministers, general secretary of the Popular Movement, Zouhaier Maghzaoui was extremely critical of prime minister Hichem Mechichi.
Speaking on Shems FM, he indicated that Mechichi could no longer stay in his office. According to him, the PM has lost all credibility and has no alternative but to withdraw from his list ministers who are suspected of corruption or conflict of interest.
According to Maghzaoui, Mechichi is waging a proxy war against Kais Saied on behalf of Ennahdha and the Al Karama Coalition
