“Echaab ” Secretary-General Zouhair Maghzaoui said that Ennahdha has to choose between power or the opposition.
Defending himself Maghzaoui, said that his comments were a reply to the insults of Noureddine Bhiri against the People’s Movement.
In a statement to Mosaïque FM, he stated that his party has no ideological problem with the Islamic party but rather concerned about the success of the government and its stability.
He further noted the contradictions of the party which lies in forming an alliance in Parliament with the opposition “(Qalb Tounes and the Al Karama Coalition” while being in the government at the Kasbah at the same time. He considered the situation to be not fair and that the Islamic party had to choose.
He contemplated that Ennahdha has maintained this dualism since 2014.
