Tunisiaa-Visit by Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs on January 14

The Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, will be visiting Tunisia on January 14, 15 and 16, according to the press release published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

According to the said press release, the visit of the Chinese minister overlaps with the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Tunisian-Chinese diplomatic relations (since January 10, 1964). An anniversary on the occasion of which the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nabil Ammar, welcomed the Chinese ambassador in Tunis, Li Wan.

The two parties examined , during this meeting, the relations of friendship and collaboration between the two countries and the preparations for the upcoming bilateral events.
