Tunisie-Kais Saied: “Law 38 was enacted to contain anger and sell dreams”

The President of the Republic, Kais Saied, welcomed today, Friday, November 19, 2021, the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Nasreddine Ncibi at the palace of Carthage.
During this meeting, the Head of State’s met with a number of young people and long-term unemployed graduates. The President of the Republic explained that the law promulgated on August 13, 2020, was elaborated during this period as a tool of governance and to contain anger and sell dreams, and not to be executed.
Noting that no regulatory decree has been issued to execute it. Saied further emphasised that there must be real assignments that enable young people to build wealth within a legal framework away from false illusions.
