Tunsia-Hammamet International Festival:Malian artist Fatoumata Diawara concert cancelled

The steering committee of the 57th edition of the International Festival of Hammamet (FIH) declared late Wednesday afternoon that Malian artist Fatoumata Diawara’s show scheduled for Thursday, August 3, “will not take place”, for health reasons.

The steering committee of the 57th edition of the FIH says it has “received an email from the artist’s legal representative, accompanied by a medical file citing the sudden deterioration in the artist’s state of health which prevents her from travelling”.

The FIH informs spectators that the reimbursement of tickets will be made to the administration of the International Cultural Center of Hammamet (Maison de la Méditerranée pour la Culture et les Arts) from Friday, August 04, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
