The Minister of Justice, Leila Jaffel, inaugurated the new headquarters of the Cantonal Court and the Real Estate Court of Kef. The minister insisted on the scope of these new jurisdictions, for the judicial establishment and the services owed to citizens, reports a statement by the ministry.
This approach is in line with the department’s initiatives to expand the infrastructure of the courts in the regions of the country and raise the level of equipment and ultimately the efficiency of the judicial system.
The same document also examines using information systems to strengthen services and switch to remote case monitoring. The minister invited all stakeholders to simplify procedures so that the institution is more efficient and litigants have easier access to services.
