Typhoon Faxai kills three, wounds 40 in Tokyo

Typhoon Faxai hit Tokyo on Monday, killing at least three people and wounding about 40. Power cuts tapped 910,000 people the Tokyo, Japan’s national broadcaster NHK announced on Monday morning. 
With fierce winds reaching 210km/h (130mph), more than 130 direct flights were promptly cut and train lines blocked for countless hours, causing great disruption in the Tokyo transport system.
