U.S-Trump: GSA does not determine next president

United States President Donald Trump responded on Tuesday to the news that the General Services Administration (GSA) approved President-elect Joe Biden to begin the formal transition process. Trump declined to concede the presidential race and continues to dispute the election results in courts.

“Remember, the GSA has been terrific, and Emily Murphy has done a great job, but the GSA does not determine who the next President of the United States will be,” Trump said on Twitter. Meanwhile, Biden’s transition team said it will meet with federal officials in order to discuss issues including the response to the coronavirus pandemic and national security.
