UK ‘won’t flinch’ over Ukraine – Johnson

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in an op-ed for The Times said that the United Kingdom will “not flinch” over Ukraine, warning Moscow that an invasion would only help the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Johnson said that he still believes diplomacy can prevail, but that Britain’s support to NATO will remain “unconditional and immovable.” He revealed that London is prepared to deploy Typhoons and warships to Eastern Europe to help Ukraine, after already pledging to send 350 Royal Marines to Poland.
