UN envoy to Libya calls for a national Libyan dialogue

The Special Envoy of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, called on all Libyans to prepare to partake in a national dialogue “to get out of the crisis with a consensus and one position that achieves the interests of the people.”

Bathily stated, “all Libyan parties in all regions should discuss the political, military, and economic tracks.”
