The United Nations (UN) stressed that humanitarian pauses need to be “respected,” as three agencies prepare to start a second round of polio vaccinations in the Gaza Strip on Monday.
“On 14 October, @UNRWA together with @UNICEF & @WHO will start delivering the 2nd round of polio vaccinations. They aim to reach around 590,000 children under ten in less than two weeks,” the UN said on X.
