UNRWA: A child is killed every hour in GAZA

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees (UNRWA) reported that a child is killed in the Gaza Strip every hour.

According to UNICEF, since the start of the war, 14,500 children have been killed in Gaza,” adds UNRWA, which has lost 258 of its workers. In a single month, 160 children have been killed in Gaza.

UNRWA also reported that 500 pregnant and postpartum women in the Gaza Strip are at risk.

At least 58 people had been killed in the past 24 hours in this Palestinian territory, bringing the total toll to 45,317 deaths since October 7, 2023. 70% of homes have been destroyed.
