A United States Navy helicopter crashed into the sea off the coast of San Diego, California on Tuesday, the military announced.
The helicopter fell while conducting routine flight operations from the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, according to US Navy’s 3rd Fleet.
The MH-60S helicopter can have a crew of four but it was not revealed as of yet how many people were aboard the aircraft. The Coast Guard and the Navy have rescued at least one crew member, the fleed said.
