United States Department of State Spokesperson Ned Price remarked at his press conference on Thursday there has been “significant progress” in the negotiations on the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), with the talks narrowing down to a “very small number of outstanding issues.”
Price estimated the talks have come to “the final stage” of “what has been an 11-month negotiation.” He added Washington urged all the parties involved, including Russia, to overcome mutual differences and reach the final solution.
