US -Protestors hit CNN headquarters in Atlanta

Demonstrations over the death of George Floyd spread across the United States late on Friday, with the CNN Center in Atlanta getting itself a target of vandalization. The demonstrators spray-painted the building, also breaking a windowed door and fighting with police officers near the scene.

Despite the rallies in the city beginning peacefully, during the course of the evening a police car was set on fire, with some further transgressing into a restaurant in downtown Atlanta.

The riots followed the death of George Floyd who lost his life while being restrained by a police officer, which was caught on camera and prompted a massive public response.
