US to give $1B more in weapons to Kiev

The United States Department of Defense on Monday unveiled a new $1 billion weapons package for Ukraine.

It will include more ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), 75,000 rounds of 155mm artillery ammunition, munitions for National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS), as well as 1,000 Javelin and “hundreds of AT4 anti-armour systems.”
