Following the heavy sanction imposed on Tunisian sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the Ministry of Youth and Sports insisted through a press release on the desire of the Tunisian State to adhere to the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Agency via the development of national legislation consistent with international legislation while respecting national sovereignty and national procedures adopted to issue legal texts.
The ministry also confirmed its full compliance with its commitments to the World Anti-Doping Agency while guaranteeing that the order relating to this file will be issued and published in the Official Journal of the Tunisian Republic, which will very soon lead to lifting all WADA sanctions .
