WH: US ‘will not send troops to fight in Ukraine’

United States National Security Council Spokesperson Adrienne Watson stated on Tuesday that there are no intentions for her country to dispatch its military forces to engage in combat in Ukraine.

“President Biden has been clear that the US will not send troops to fight in Ukraine,” she conveyed to the press following indications made by French President Emmanuel Macron regarding the potential deployment of troops from the European Union and NATO member states to Ukraine in the future.
