Finally, some good news emerged from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), as they officially declared on Tuesday evening the lifting of sanctions imposed on Tunisia for non-compliance with the world anti-doping code.
The efforts deployed by the National Anti-Doping Agency (ANAD), the Tunisian National Olympic Committee (CNOT) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, have allowed our country to now host regional, continental or world championships. This opens up opportunities for the Tunisian flag to proudly fly during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris and in different national and international competitions.
