Ons Jabeur will meet this Friday, May 10 with American Sofia Kenin (42 WTA), in the second round of the WTA tournament in Rome.
Ons, exempt from the first round following the draw, will play against Kenin, who beat the Italian Lucia Bronzetti in fire sets, 6-3 and 6-2.
The last game between the two players was won by the world No. 9 (Miami 2021 – 1/16: 6-4, 4-6, 6-4).
