6.1-magnitude earthquake shakes Japan’s Toba

A strong 6.1-magnitude earthquake hit 84 kilometers away from Japan’s coastal city of Toba on Monday afternoon at a depth of 357 kilometers, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported.

According to the USGS website, there were no risks of landslides or soil liquefaction.
