Numerous associations, national organizations and political figures have condemned the violation of rights and freedoms, in particular after the publication of decree-law n ° 54 of September 13, 2022, relating to the fight against violations relating to information and systems communication.
They refused the legal proceedings engaged against journalists as well as the appearance of civilians in military courts.
The signatories of the press release voiced their opposition to the tense speech of the Head of State believing that he divided the Tunisian people. In the same framework, they expressed their solidarity with the UGTT.
Among the signatories: Soumoud coalition, Machrouu Tounes, the coalition “Tunisia vote”, Youssef Seddik, Zaki Rahmouni, Ahmed Souab, Hatem Mliki and Bochra Belhaj Hamida.
