Lawyer Ines Harrath declared on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, that the investigating judge issued an Arrest warrant for the Vice-President of the Ennahdha Movement, Noureddine Bhiri.
Ines Harrath stated that the investigating judge had issued the warrant of deposit although Noureddine Bhiri said he was suffering from an injury and that his state of health could not permit him to respond or defend himself.
