An informed security source told Mosaïque FM that a young woman was murdered by her 18-year-old brother this morning June 16 in the northern urban centre.
The killer initially stated that the victim died as a consequence of an epilepsy attack but confessed during interrogation that he killed his sister by suffocation due to a personal problem.
He was placed in police custody pending his appearance in court.
