Laboratory tests have confirmed the infection of a Guinean foreigner with COVID-19 while another of Sierra Leonean nationality is negative.
The two men were arrested after attempting to cross the Algerian-Tunisian border via the region of Melloula in Tabarka.
They will be transferred to Monastir COVID-19 centre for treatment.
