The public prosecutor at the Mahdia Court of First Instance issued a committal warrant against an individual from Bradâa for having intentionally contaminated his entourage.
Coming from Libya and having been placed in compulsory confinement in Djerba, the accused had celebrated the signing of his marriage contract in Mahdia while knowing that he was positive for COVID-19.
The warrant of committal was sent to him just after his reinstatement.
