Speaking to Mosaique FM, Doctor Néji Atouani, director of preventive health at the regional health directorate in Beja said that 56 new coronavirus infections were recorded in the region in 48 hours: 31 cases on October 9 and 25 on October 10, 2020.
The majority of those infected are from Béja town and Mejez El Bab.
