The old church of Béja, which converted into a cultural space since the 1960s, was set on fire Thursday evening by anonymous people.
The attempted flame targeted the facade and the main portal of the church which belongs to the municipality of Beja and houses exhibits,it also serves as a hall for the celebration of wedding ceremonies.
