The director-general of the observatory of new and emerging diseases Nissaf Ben Alaya confirmed that the person diagnosed with the UK COVID-19 in the governoarte of Kasserine was infected in Tunisia since he had not left the country before.
Ben Alaya however, ensured that no other positive case for the same strain has been diagnosed, for the moment, in the surroundings of the patient.
