Seventy-four fires that started in various parts of the country have been brought under control in the past 24 hours, the Interior Ministry announced Thursday.
The civil protection units conducted Wednesday, 343 interventions in diverse regions including 74 fire extinguishing operations, 100 rescue operations on the roads and 157 first aid interventions outside of road accidents, adds the same source.
