The public prosecutor under the Tunis Court of First Instance has decided to bring three MPs of the House of People’s Representatives to justice, in the context of many cases related to the issuance of bad checks, Mosaique FM citing a judicial source.
The same source announced that a hearing will be set after the resumption of judicial services, which were halted, following exceptional measures taken by the Superior Council of the Magistracy, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus
