Tunisia won the 30th edition of Afrobasket 2021, this Sunday, by triumphing against the Ivory coast (78-75) in Kigali.
The team won the first two quarters (25 – 18/22 – 16) then Ivory coast advanced by seven points (25 – 18) at the conclusion of the third. During this competition, the Tunisians eliminated South Sudan in the quarterfinals (80-65), then won their ticket to the final at the expense of Cape Verde (75-65). Tunisia won the trophy twice, in 2011 and 2017.
