In a statement to a radio station today, the director of basic health care Ahlem Gzara confirmed that the possibility of a new wave of Covid-19 in May cannot be ruled out, despite the progress of all epidemiological indicators. Pointing to the growth in the number of contaminations in Europe, Gzara indicated that Tunisia is threatened by a new wave. She clarified, in the same context, that the improvement of the health situation does not justify the reluctance to vaccinate.
