The parliament doom observed protest outside its walls, While the inaugural session of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) second legislative term took place on Wednesday.
Under the official slogan” Ena Zeda” members of Aswat Nissa denounced harassment and sexual violence. Protesters chorused slogans calling in particular for the withdrawal of heart of Tunisia deputy Zouhair Makhlouf who is accused of sexual harassment.
On his first appearance since the direct accusation, Makhlouf said he was against harassment noting the phenomena have increased.
