Ms Ahlem Ammar wax appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Montreal (starting from September 2022).
Professor in the Department of Didactics of the faculty, she was in charge of programs from 2005 to 2018 and, for the past four years, she has been also part of the decanal team as vice-dean for development and continuing education.
First trained in English civilization and literature in Tunisia, Ahlem Ammar then earned a master’s degree in applied linguistics at Concordia University before receiving, in 2003, a doctorate in education (English as a second language) at McGill University.
