Via a press release made public on its website a short time ago, the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) revealed the designation of Bosnian technician Vladimir Petkovic to the technical command of the Greens, for a mission whose duration was not specified.
“The FAF reveals the finalization of the agreement appointing the new national coach. The Bosnian coach Mr. Vladimir PETKOVIC is the new national coach. The new national coach will arrive in Algiers this Sunday and will host a press conference on Monday,” the body said.
The former Swiss coach (2014-2021), was free since his discharge in Bordeaux in February 2022 and succeeds the tenacious Djamel Belmadi.
